Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days (EU/UK) or 30 days (U.S./Canada) from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for custom, made-to-order, or personalized items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • Digital downloads are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@darialada.com and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

  • For international orders, customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or artwork, please contact us before sending it back.
